I will never take my truck to that place for service again. They just “clean your engine” and tell you that they did the service. I took my truck to their service and they charged me almost 7 thousand pesos so they wouldn't do ANYTHING to it!!! Because shortly after I took it in, my truck began to have some faults and I took it to a trusted mechanic and he showed me that they never changed the oil or even the oil or air filters... unfortunately I trusted myself thinking why it was " agency” were going to be a job well done… but unfortunately NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. If they can avoid it better.

Bad experience, at this agency I took out a Territory 2023 on credit and in less than 3 months of use with 4,500 km of travel in the city IT ALREADY PRESENTED FAULTS!!!! And the support from the agency was; Make an appointment to leave your truck and carry out a diagnosis!!!! LEAVE HER!!!! THEY TAKE AWAY THE CAR YOU BOUGHT WITH LESS THAN 5000km TO FIX IT, consider this note when choosing a truck!!!

I totally recommend this Ford branch, it is an agency that strives to provide personalized, safe and punctual service. It is very comforting to take the vehicle to this agency since they always have the necessary spare parts and the solution for the service need. Also know that they will not try to scam you by inventing non-real problems.

Totally recommended for the excellent attention of the sales agent and the staff and of course the quality of the Ford vehicles; In addition to the fast delivery of the units, it will not take 5 months to deliver the 🚗 like other brands 😁
